break in docs? what? never had to before. tread wears out quickly, construction seems poor, the materials of lower quality, and generally these don't last over 2 years, if that, any longer.I still have a pair of docs from 1988 that are going strong, but these would never last that long.the quality of docs has gone way down hill or these are fakes.

I had a pair of Doc's years ago and wore them for years. These feel really cheap and not even like real leather. I love the look, they're comfortable, but I will feel lucky if I get a year of moderate use out of them.

If you have a feet or back problem, the shoes will solve it. They also look very good with jeans.
