I wear a 11w/ 12 reg. i ordered this shoe in a 11.5 w just to be safe and it was big but it fits. The only problem ihave with this shoe is they are ugly. But they do the job.

These shoes were not so very attractive once they arrived unfortunately. Very boxy looking. They fit well so that guide is good, but not for me.

I wear braces, and I have found these shoes to be the most comfortable shoes I own. I would highly recommend them. They are true to size. I received them when promised.
