My favorite pair of shoes ever is a pair of SAS Free Time comfort shes (in brown nubuck) for more than 10 years; I've wanted another pair of SAS Free Time shoes for some time, but cannot find them in the stores in my region (I have to travel at least 2 hours to find any type of decent shoe store). I was so excited to find these on Amazon. I ordered the same size as the old pair and they fit perfectly. These shoes do not need "breaking in". They are immediately comfortable. The shoe box is ample enough to fit my orthotics with the inner cushion removed. My only sadness was that the only color available through Amazon was navy blue...but ultimately I did find a retailer in my state (more than 4 hours away), who could get me the other colors that I wanted.

I have a bad back and good shoes are very important for me. I have an orthotic insert that is quite high for one foot and my shoes need to accommodate that, so the shoe's insole needs to be removable.This shoe meets all these needs, gives good support, and is very comfortable
