Man, these shoes are so cute, and so comfortable. I really don't know what to say other than that. Other reviews speculate that these are factory "seconds" rather than unsold products from their winter line. I saw nothing really to indicate that my shoes were seconds - there was a tiny squiggle of glue on one toe that came off when rubbed with a fingertip. The "olive" shoes come with both gray ribbon laces and green cord laces. I've only used the ribbons and they add a nice feminine touch to these shoes. They've never come untied on their own, or knotted up.I have severe knee arthritis, and most shoes make my knees hurt due to a lack of support or cushioning or something. These shoes are great. Minimal pain even at the end of a long day.My feet are also just slightly wider than normal, but not wide enough to be comfortable in 'wide' shoes. These shoes looked a bit narrow, but feel just perfect.
