I agree with another reviewer, the leather isn't that soft but I think that after a few wears, and maybe even a freezer stretch, they'll be my go to shoe. For me, it's true to size but I am on the larger side of a size 10 so they might run a but big for someone else. I also feel they are a bit narrow, but not in an uncomfortable way. I was worried that they might be too clunky and un-feminine but was happy to see that they are VERY feminine looking. I was also worried about the zipper detail, even tho that is what drew me to the shoes! It looks great and I think makes them look expensive.

I was looking for a comfortable walking shoe that I could take on vacations where I would be walking 8-10 hours per day. I would not be able to walk 2 hours in these shoes. They are not supportive and I would not consider them a comfortable walking shoe. In addition, I am a very consistent medium width and these shoes were very narrow.

I love the zipper around the sole, the heel has the perfect height for me, as I am 5'11". The leather is not too soft, but still the shoe fits very well, feels very comfortable and I had no problems at all.
