If you have narrow feet and want comfort in a stylish shoe, you should consider this shoe. I have flat narrow feet and I need orthotics to be comfortable. Clearly,your normal dress shoe isn't going to work for me because they are either too wide or too uncomfortable when I have to stand at a formal event. Yes, Pillow would be good for work, but it goes great with dress pants too. The wedge is comfortable and supportive. I can't put an orthotic in it, but I don't need to for an evening event. I LOVE it. It is so nice to have the feeling of being in heels, but feel steady and comfortable on my feet at the same time. Have it in brown, which is really more bronze, and am still trying to find it in black in my size.Give it a try if yoiu can still get it in your size.

This shoe is a great work shoe. The patent leather gives it a nice dressy look (without overbearing). I also love that this shoe provides a bit of height without the weight or "chunky look". I gave a five star shoe 4 stars because I saved $40 by purchasing it at 6pm's website.
