Wonderful Shoe: I have had this type of shoe for years, and it is absolutely the most comfortable shoe I've ever had. Zero foot pain at the end of the day. As an engineer, I work on a cement floor barely covered by thin carpet, and my feet take a pounding.Flying: Note this is not the shoe for you if you fly a lot and hate to take off your shoes at security, because there is metal in the sole.Manufacturer's Defect: My most recent purchase of this shoe had a manufacturer's defect which will affect oththodic wearers: the shoe should have two removable insoles, not one. The manufacturer accidentally glued the lower insole down. This doesn't work for any orthodic-wearers who need to remove both soles (it may be that some orthodics do not require both soles to be removed - mine are fairly thick). I ordered a pair from a different source and they had the same defect (sigh).

The shoes are just fine. The product is just as expected. The service was excellent. I wish you would stop asking me to review purchases and I wish you would provide a telephone number for when we have a problem with an order.
