Since I love New Balance shoes, I was excited to learn that Aravon is a New Balance product. I have tried three of their shoes and while I think they are very attractive and seem well-made, they don't quite fit the way I expect a AA width to fit. It is the heel that is too wide and thus slips. Also, as other people have remarked, the toe box is almost tight on top. I did find another style that fit in the right foot and because I want a comfortable shoe that is not a sneaker, I decided to work with the left shoe and keep them. I hope NB is aware of the problems and makes shoes that really are as comfortable as we expect from NB!By the way, I thought that shoes from Amazon were free shipping and free return, but this seller is charging me a return fee. Had I known that I might not have taken a chance on the shoes.
