These shoes definitely stretch while you wear them. I have bunions and I'm a size 7, normal width, but thought I'd take a chance on the 7 Wide (because that's all that was available in my size). The shoes are very comfortable, great for walking, but I have to wear thick socks. Also, the ties come undone easily.Aesthetically, the toe is round and looks like a matron's shoe. Definitely can't wear with a dress. Since I was hoping for a more dressy shoe, that's why I'm only giving 4 stars.

These shoes were on super sale. A steal of a deal, so I bought them on a whim, thinking they might be a little to grandma. Oh but how I was wrong. They are ridiculously comfortable! The stretch goring on the sides of the laces makes this shoe fit your foot like a glove. And they use with real leather for the rest of the shoe upper.The little square heel is cute and gives just a tiny bit of lift which keeps the foot from being totally flat. Important for a flat footer like myself. I naturally get ball of foot pain from walking excessively in San Francisco, thus I wear a gel toe spacer with most of my shoes. It works better with some than others. The spacer eliminates all discomfort from this shoe making them my number one go to pair!I live in these shoes for work and play. They are just slim and prim enough to wear with dresses and pants alike. I love them and wish I could find them in brown. I think I paid under $17 on a whim and now would definitely pay full price!
