The Finn Comfort line is a real winner no matter which one you choose. This one with it's lower heel is superb for better balance and stability and the extra depth in the whole shoe is an excellent choice if you swell. I love this shoe for a Diabetic especially. The inside is lined and the footbed is soft and cushy so it feels great on. The removable footbeds in these make it great if you have to wear a custom orthotic too. And if you don't swell but want more softness under your step, just add a layer on top or under the footbed. The extra depth will allow for this and not make the shoe too small. Great choice!
